About Dan Quinton

A grounded, gentle approach to emotional healing, subconscious repair, and rebuilding the way you relate to yourself and others.

I’m Dan Quinton, a clinical hypnotherapist who specialises in self-worth repair, emotional healing, and the subconscious patterns that shape your relationships.

My work is calm, thoughtful, and quietly transformative - created for people who want to feel steadier inside themselves, break old patterns, and move through life with more clarity, confidence, and inner peace.

I don’t believe in force, pressure, or trying to "push" yourself into change. Real healing happens when your system feels safe, understood, and unjudged.

Why This Work Matters to Me

For years, I didn’t realise how deeply self‑worth influenced my own choices and relationships. I attracted people who weren’t right for me, missed subtle red flags, and struggled to stay open to healthier connections.

As I learned more about the subconscious and how early experiences shape adult patterns, everything clicked. I began to understand why people repeat cycles even when they consciously want something different - and how gentle, well‑paced inner work can shift those patterns completely.

That understanding became the foundation of my practice.

My Approach

I blend:

  • gentle hypnotherapy

  • subconscious pattern exploration

  • inner‑child and parts work

  • emotional release techniques

  • nervous‑system‑aware guidance

Sessions are personalised, interactive when needed, and always grounded. Some work is guided, some is conversational - we follow what your system brings forward.

My role isn’t to "fix" you. It’s to help you reconnect with the parts of you that are steady, capable, and ready to heal.

What I Help With

People come to me when they want to move from:

  • emotional reactivity → to grounded neutrality

  • people‑pleasing → to healthy inner boundaries

  • repeating relationship patterns → to aligned connections

  • rumination → to clarity and self‑trust

If you’re carrying emotional weight from the past, struggling to understand your reactions, or wanting healthier relationships, this work can support you.

a few things you should know

  • Growth doesn’t have a finish line - I’m on my journey too.

  • Emotional wounds shape how you see yourself, but they are not your identity.

  • Your worth isn’t determined by how others treated you.

  • Change happens most easily when the nervous system feels safe.

  • Real transformation doesn’t need intensity - it needs steadiness.

A Gentle Beginning

If something in you is looking for calm, clarity, or deeper inner repair, you’re in the right place. You can start quietly, at your own pace.

I’m here when you’re ready.
