A gentle conversation to get a sense of what you’ve been carrying, what you want support with, and how we can work together in a way that feels grounded and safe.

6 Session Support Package - $780 USD
This is the main space for steady emotional relief and deeper internal change.
Across six sessions, we work at a pace that feels right for you - exploring what’s underneath the stress, softening the old patterns, and helping your system settle into something clearer and more spacious.
Includes:
6 private sessions (60–75 min)
1 personalised reinforcement audio
session debrief and gentle integration guidance
support between sessions (as needed)
This package gives us time to create meaningful shifts without rushing the process.
4 Session Deepening Package - $520 USD
For clients who’ve completed the first package and want to continue with deeper layers, strengthening new patterns, or exploring relationships and emotional dynamics with more clarity.
Ongoing Sessions: $130 USD each
Available after completing a package, for maintenance or continued support as new layers arise.

What exactly is hypnotherapy?

Yes. My approach is trauma-informed, meaning sessions are conducted safely, gently, and always at your pace. We work with your subconscious mind to process and release stored emotional patterns.
Are sessions online or in-person?
All sessions are online via a secure video link, so you can join from anywhere in the world.
How long between sessions?
Ideally 1–2 weeks apart, allowing time for reflection and integration.
What if I’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t work?
Hypnotherapy engages the subconscious mind directly, often resolving issues that traditional talk therapy can’t reach.
